Onboarding that builds your Business Brain

This is not a product tour. From your first scan to your first published piece, every onboarding step feeds the private Brain that all your future content draws on. You bring links and uploads; TypeHero does the assembling.

What you walk away with

From Visibility Report to first content, including your Business Brain

Onboarding is not a checklist you forget. Everything you set up becomes a permanent asset your content keeps drawing on.

Asset 1

Your Visibility Report

A scored snapshot of where your site stands today: AI discoverability, performance, and content metadata, with issues ranked by severity. Your baseline to improve against.

Asset 2

Your Business Brain

Your website, offers, reviews, brand voice, and destination knowledge, assembled into the private layer every future piece of content uses.

Asset 3

Your first content

A first draft generated from your own Brain, in your voice, aimed at a topic the Topics Engine says travelers are actually searching for.

The setup path

Six steps, in the order the app walks you

Each step feeds the next, and everything you set up becomes a permanent part of your Brain.

1

Run your Visibility Report

Point TypeHero at your website. In minutes you get a score out of 100 and a ranked list of what is holding your visibility back.

2

Create your Company

Company name, type, and website: hotel, tour operator, advisor, airline, cruise, or rental. Add your products and packages. This is the only required step before generating.

3

Load your Knowledge Base

Curate what your Brain learns from: your files, any website, Google, TripAdvisor, and YouTube. The more you feed it, the more distinct your content becomes.

4

Define your Brand Strategy

Persona, Brand Voice, Writing Style, and Trust Signals. Set once, inherited by everything you ever generate.

5

Plan your first Campaign

Set a goal, audience, and offer with the Campaign Lens, or skip planning and fire off Quick Content when you just need one piece now.

6

Generate

Pick a topic the Topics Engine recommends and create your first blog, landing page, or social post, already in your voice.

Before you start

Gather these, and onboarding is mostly done

No writing required. Everything on this list already exists; onboarding is just bringing it into one place.

Links

Your website, Google Business profile, and any videos or social pages that show what you offer. Paste them in; TypeHero reads the rest.

Uploads

Brochures, room or tour descriptions, brand guidelines, past content that sounded right. PDFs and documents are all fair game for your Knowledge Base.

Answers to a few questions

TypeHero asks a few questions while building your Brain: your positioning, top competitors, goals, and best guests. Ten minutes of thinking that sharpens everything it produces.

Nothing else

No keyword research, no topic lists, no drafts. The Topics Engine and your Brain take care of what to write and how it should sound.

How long it takes

First scan in minutes, then compounding

Minutes

Your Visibility Report

The scan runs while you make coffee. You will know your score and your two or three most urgent fixes right away.

One sitting

Brain built, first draft out

Company, Knowledge Base, and Brand Strategy are guided forms, not projects. Most teams finish setup and generate their first piece in their first session.

Every week after

The Brain gets deeper

Add a new offer, a season, a fresh batch of reviews, and every future piece knows about it. Onboarding ends; the asset keeps growing.

Your team stays in charge

AI drafts. You approve.

TypeHero is a content system built on human-in-the-loop AI. You choose what the Brain learns from, you refine the drafts, and nothing goes out without your say-so. The AI brings speed and structure; the expertise it amplifies is yours.

Your knowledge in. Your voice through. Your approval out.

Questions

Onboarding FAQs

How long does TypeHero onboarding take?
The Visibility Report takes minutes. Most teams complete Company setup, load their Knowledge Base, and define their Brand Strategy in their first session, then generate their first piece right after. The Brain keeps deepening after that, but you are producing content from the start.
What do I need before I sign up?
Just what already exists: your website and Google Business links, any brochures or descriptions you have, and ten minutes of clarity on your competitors, goals, and audience. No drafts, no keyword research, no topic lists.
Do I have to complete every step before generating content?
No. Company is the only required step. Knowledge Base and Brand Strategy are optional, though every layer you add makes the output more distinctly yours. You can generate first and deepen the Brain later.
Can I bring in content I already have?
Yes, and you should. Past blogs, brochures, and pages that sounded right are exactly what the Knowledge Base is for. Your best old content teaches the Brain your voice.
Who writes the content, the AI or my team?
Both, by design. TypeHero drafts from your Business Brain, your team refines and approves. You stay in the loop at every step, and nothing publishes without you.
What if I run multiple properties or products?
Add each as a product under your Company during setup. Campaigns and content can then target each one specifically, while sharing the brand foundation you only have to build once.
